Dan Shaut 

Saxophonist Dan Shaut received his master’s degree in saxophone performance at the University of Maryland in 2003 and his bachelor’s in music education at Ithaca College in 2001. He has studied with Steve Mauk, Steve Brown, Chris Vadala and Dale Underwood.

 

Shaut reintroduced the Hudson Valley Youth Jazz program in 2013. See More

Bob Shaut 

Bob Shaut co-founded the original Hudson Valley Youth Jazz Orchestra with Richard Wixom in the early 2000s. 

 

Bob has played performed with include: Andy Williams, the Temptations, Frankie Valli, Jerry Vale, Connie Francis, Eddie Fischer, the Four Tops, Engelbert Humperdinck, Phyllis Diller, Henny Youngman, Joan Rivers, Regis Philbin , and conducted for George Burns . See More
